A new 3 storey house on a steep sandy site. The upper floor volume is clad in Ironbark cladding with deep set windows which provide privacy between neighbouring dwellings and also help shade to the glass. The dwelling is designed to maximise views of Dooragan (North Brother Mountain), Gogleys Lagoon and nearby beaches.
